Some ideas from Sara and Jef for Places to Stay

Unfortunately, there isn't anything that is a close crawl from the reception - oddly, there are only a couple of hotels anywhere near the reception and everything else is about 15 minutes away.

The closest is the bed and breakfast across the street from the reception, Morehead Manor. 914 Vickers Ave, Durham, NC 27701.  (919) 687-4366. Really nice although pricey ($135-190). They only have 4 rooms, so I have no idea if they have any space available though.

The Hilton in Durham is close, pretty nice, but higher priced than others (cheapest rooms are around $119). 3800 Hillsborough Road, Durham, NC 27705.  (919) 383-8033

The University Inn in Durham is close, less nice (a little more motel-ish although still nice enough), and cheaper (~$73 a night). 502 Elf Street, Durham, NC 27705.  (919) 286-4421

The Brookwood Inn maybe somewhere in between in price and niceness (~$95 a night). 2306 Elba St, Durham, NC 27705.  (919) 286-3111

There is also the Comfort Inn (in Research Triangle Park (RTP)) which is near our house, but a good 15 minutes away from the reception/ceremony. It seems to be a pretty nice hotel with inexpensive rooms (~$80 a night). 4507 NC 55/Apex Hwy , Durham, NC, US, 27713.  (919) 361-2656.
